Hi, I’m David.
I am a personal trainer and fitness model based in the Los Angeles area. I earned my B.A. in Economics/Marketing from the University of California, Riverside and had a successful career in Entertainment Finance/Accounting. After discovering what exercise and fitness had to offer, I found a passion that I couldn’t let go. My determination along with exercise science knowledge were like two halves of a whole - the best of both worlds. This, along with my love of helping other people made it an easy decision to become a personal trainer. Growing up a “fat kid,” I ultimately choose to live the fitness lifestyle to help inspire and motivate other people, and be the person I wish I had growing up.
I take pride in putting the ‘personal’ in personal training by individualizing workouts specific to each client, and believe that being healthy isn’t just about the physical aspect - it’s also mental, spiritual, and psychological. Sound mind, sound body.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

This one was a fun one, really challenging my coordination and those ropes were killer.
