What to expect.

I believe in the power of listening to your body which translates into listening to your well-being. It can be learned by even the most non-body-conscious person. It’s all about checking in with yourself consistently and knowing how hard your body can be pushed. Listen to your body for few injuries and greater progress.

Training with me is simple: functional workouts that help you move and feel better in your everyday life. Your individual training session is curated in response to your fitness goals, what your body is capable of doing, and how much you are willing to push yourself harder.

My approach is nothing less than positive. I believes that workouts should be fun, exciting and make you want to keep going. Every minute of your training session is calculated to give you the best output. There will be days when you want to just give up, but that is where I come in. I’ll be right beside you, encouraging you to pushing you to your physical and mental limits.

45-to-60-minute session will discuss or discover your fitness goals, set metrics and tailor an initial workout to see where you are at in your fitness journey. It’s a judgement-free zone and the perfect way to get to know your trainer.

Virtual Personal Training (60-Minute Session)

A complete hour of curated workouts to work towards your fitness goals with a custom program based on your personal equipment. Meet virtually with your trainer via Zoom or FaceTime. In each session, your metrics will be recorded in order to help you level up for future sessions. It’s always a judgement-free, positive zone.
